Who We Are

HonestGainzz Community is the educational and youth development branch of the HonestGainzz ecosystem dedicated to helping students grow stronger inside and out.

We work directly with middle and high school students, their families, and local schools to deliver mentorship, academic support, and real-life skills that prepare young people for college, careers, and leadership.

We exist to be the coach, the cheerleader, and the connector that too many students are missing.

Our Mission

To eliminate barriers and build bridges between school and home creating more post-secondary opportunities for students through mentorship, structure, and advocacy.

Why It Matters

Many students face challenges their schools can’t fully address from limited family availability to financial struggles, emotional health, or simply a lack of guidance.

That’s where HonestGainzz Community steps in:

• We provide real support, not just tutoring
• We offer life prep, not just test prep
• We believe in every student’s potential and we help unlock it

Over the past 9 years, our programs have helped more than 250 students attend college and we’re just getting started.

What We Offer

HonestGainzz Prep (Grades 6–8):

• Time management and organization
• Study habits and academic coaching
• Digital communication and responsibility
• Career exploration and soft skill development
• GPA tracking and progress reports

HonestGainzz Academy (Grades 9–12):

• College and NCAA planning
• Application and financial aid support
• Emotional wellness and mentorship
• Graduation and academic recovery support
• Leadership, service, and life readiness

Programs are available in group or one-on-one formats.

Both in-person and virtual options are offered across the Bay Area and Central Valley.

Led by Educators Who Understand

Meet our Chairwoman: Alexandra Boranian-Jackson

A credentialed school counselor and administrator, Alexandra has spent nearly a decade helping students navigate academic, emotional, and social challenges. She leads HonestGainzz Community with passion, structure, and real-world expertise building programs that close the gap between what schools provide and what students really need.
